Planit declares that all information contained on this site is correct at the time of posting it and no responsibility will be made after publication. Training is organised and controlled by Planit Test Management Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 61 079 209 135) who reserve the right to make any amendments to course schedules, dates and locations and will make every effort to notify delegates within a reasonable period of time. However, Planit is not responsible for personal travel, accommodations, or other incidental expenses in connections with changes to a course. No voice or visual recordings are permitted in any of Planit’s training sessions.

Payment & Cancellations
Payment is required prior to attending the course Attendee substitutions may be made at anytime prior to commencement of the course, without penalty.  Cancellations made within 10 days prior to course commencement will be charged in full. Failure to present for a registered course will be charged in full.  Transfers to alternate courses are possible where places are available, a transfers fee may apply.

Transfer Fee
A  transfer fee of 20% of the course price excluding exam fee will apply if you reschedule your  course booking to another date with in the 14 days prior to the original course commencement date.

Privacy
Planit is committed to protecting your privacy. The information collected on the enrolment form is for the purposes of processing your registration, keeping you informed of upcoming events and assisting us in improving our service to you. Refer Privacy Policy www.planit.net.au If you do not wish to receive information from Planit please email privacy@planit.net.au and type ‘remove my details’ in the subject header. Please include your contact details (name and company) in the email.

Competition Terms & Conditions
HOW TO ENTER

To receive an automatic entry into the draw, entrants must either: (a) complete the survey form and fax back or (b) visit www.planit.net.au or www.planittesting.co.nz during the promotional period and by complete and submit to online survey form. 

The entrant may refer the competition to a friend via email by clicking on the 'refer a friend' link and inserting the requested details of their friend, including their email address.
Guidelines & regulations for competitions

Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entry is only valid if all details on the Survey Form are completed. Limit one prize per customer. No responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.

Limit of one entry per person. 

The prize is access to the online Learntesting portal for training and certification to the value of $AUD4,500 or $NZ4,500 dependant on the origin of access, either New Zealand or Australia.

The prize can only be redeemed by an organisation or trading entity with a registered business number for trading in either Australia or New Zealand. 

Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

All entries become the property of the Promoters – Planit Test Management Solutions Pty Ltd, trading in Australia and Planit Software Testing Ltd, trading in New Zealand. The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of winning and runners-up entries for the purpose of future promotions.

The promotion starts on Monday 16th November 2009 at 10.00am and closes on Wednesday 9th December 2009 at 11.59pm AEST

The promotion will be drawn at Level 16, 201 Miller St at 10.00am, Monday 14th December, the draw will be overseen by Coulton Isaac Barber, Accountants and Auditors.

The winner will be notified by email within 21 working days of promotion closing date. Details of winner will also be published at www.planit.net.au and www.planittesting.co..nz  

The promoter is Planit Test Management Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN: 079 209 135) of Level 16, 201 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 and Planit Software Testing Ltd (Tax Rego: 102585259), of Level 16, 157 Lambton Quay, Wellington 6011 New Zealand
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner. This clause does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which are not able to be excluded under applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
You must be 18 years or over to enter this competition. 
 
In the event of that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. Except with the written consent of the Promoter, prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter has absolute discretion as to whether it will provide such consent and need not provide any reasons to any person for providing or withholding consent.
